Tasked by the Missouri State Commissioner with initiating the state's review of AI technologies and establishing standards and governance guidance for their use across Missouri state agencies.
Led the development of an enterprise approach for evaluating AI technologies, establishing responsible-use standards and helping agencies navigate emerging AI capabilities within a statewide technology governance framework.

Digital Transformation & Enterprise Modernization
Led Missouri's transformation of its official state website and citizen digital experience, including a new user interface, individualized citizen profile and dashboard experience spanning multiple state agency services, modern identity-management technologies, and an integrated AI chatbot.
Established requirements supporting simplicity, accessibility, identity, integration, and consistent digital experience standards across participating state agencies.
Personally led the review, selection, and acquisition of enterprise platforms and applications using ARPA and State funding for Digital Transformation Initiatives.
